If your Organisation has a ticketing integration set up with All In, a Member can share their profile with you. When they consent to sharing their profile, their customer record will automatically update in your ticketing system.
However, your organisation may have chosen not to accept every access requirement that All In records. The Member lookup tool is designed to let you view the full access profile on the All In website.
You can look up:
- A member who has already shared their Access Profile with your Organisation.
- A member who has not shared their profile with your Organisation, provided you have both their full Member ID and surname.
You can use Member lookup to:
- Search for a specific Member.
- Check if supporting evidence has been approved and review dates.
- View a Member's full access requirements in one place.
- Look up a Member who has not shared their Access Profile with your Organisation. This can be useful if a member is booking in person or by phone rather than online.
Before you start
You must have an All In Plus account to use this feature.
A member must share their access profile with your Organisation before it will appear in your list of shared profiles.
- Their full All In ID Number
- Their surname
