A guide for those upgrading from Essentials to Plus will be available soon.

Step 1: Add your team members
Accessibility information is often managed by several people across an Organisation.
Invite any and all colleagues involved in accessibility. Some examples may include:
- Accessibility information
- Event information
- Marketing
- Customer service
- Programmers, curators and producers
This allows your team to work together in one place from the beginning.
For instructions, see Add team members.
Step 2: Book your introductory call
One of the benefits of your subscription is access to our Access Specialists.
We recommend booking your introductory call early so you can:
- Meet the team
- Learn how All In works
- Understand the Accessibility Standards
- Ask questions about your Organisation's goals
While your waiting for your introductory call, you can start exploring the rest of All In.
Step 3: Explore the Accessibility Standards
The Accessibility Standards are at the heart of All In.
Take some time to explore the four strands:
- Built Environment
- Customer Service
- Digital Communications
- Creative and Cultural Experiences
You do not need to read every Standard immediately. Instead, focus on understanding how the Standards are structured and how they can support your Organisation.
Step 4: Visit the Help Centre
The Help Centre contains detailed guides for all major features.
You can return to these articles whenever you need support.
Step 5: Take a first look at Location profiles.
Organisations without their own location: take a first look at events instead, and skip to step 6.
Create a location access profile for one of your locations.
As a starting point, try adding at least five access provisions.
Use the Accessibility Standards to help identify information you can include.
This will help you become familiar with the platform before you create a complete profile.
For more information, see:
- Create a location access profile
- Locations and zones FAQs
Step 6: Attend your introductory call
By this stage, you will have explored the platform and started your first profile.
Your introductory call is a great opportunity to:
- Ask questions
- Discuss any challenges
- Get recommendations from the Access Specialists
- Learn about the support available through your subscription
Step 7: Set a target date
Organisations without their own location: set a target date to publish your first event instead and skip to step 12.
Set a realistic deadline for completing your location profile.
Having a target date can help maintain momentum and ensure your Organisation starts benefiting from All In as soon as possible.
Step 8: Book a Location review meeting
Organisations without their own location skip this step.
Once you have set a realistic deadline to complete your location profile, book a location review with our Access Specialists.
The date of the meeting should be at least one week after the deadline you have set yourselves. This is to give our Access Specialists time to review your profile before the meeting,
During the review, they can help you identify:
- Missing information
- Opportunities for improvement
- Areas that may need more detail
- Relevant Accessibility Standards to explore
Let our Access Specialists know when you have completed your profile so that they can review it before the meeting.
Step 9: Complete your location and zone profiles
Organisations without their own location skip this step.
Use the feedback and guidance you've received to complete your profiles.
Make sure your information is:
- Accurate
- Up to date
- Easy to understand
- Relevant to visitors
Where appropriate, create zone profiles for areas within your location, such as galleries, performance spaces, restaurants and bars.
Access is not the responsibility of only one person in the organisation. Make sure to spread out the task between your colleagues that work in different areas of your organisation.
Use the Standards to help you know what to write, and use the correct vocabulary.
Our Access specialist are available via email and video call to answer any questions you may have. You can contact them via your Organisation's dashboard.
Step 10: Attend your location review
Organisations without their own location skip this step.
Meet with the Access Specialist to review your completed profile.
They may receive suggestions for improvements or additional information that could help your profile better support disabled audiences.
Make any updates that are required following the review.
Step 11: Publish your location profile
Organisations without their own location skip this step.
Once your profile is ready and approved, it can be published.
Your access information will become available through All In, helping audiences understand the accessibility of your venue and facilities.
Step 12: Set up your ticketing integration
We recommend setting up your ticketing integration alongside the final stages of completing your profiles.
Setting up your integration will allow you to:
- Connect All In to your ticketing system
- Map member access provisions
- Prepare to receive member data
- Test your integration before going live
For step-by-step instructions, search Integrations in our help centre.
Important
You'll need to complete an integration testing session with the All In team before you can begin receiving live member data.
We recommend booking your testing session early, as appointments can fill up quickly.
Step 13: Add your events
Organisations without their own location: you do not need to complete location information before adding events.
Once your location information is complete, start adding events.
Events allow you to provide access information that is specific to a performance, exhibition, workshop, screening or other activity.
This helps audiences understand both the accessibility of your venue and the accessibility of a particular event.
Step 14: Continue improving accessibility
All In is designed to support ongoing improvement.
Use the Accessibility Standards and Access Specialists to continue developing accessibility across your Organisation.
As your Organisation changes, you can continue to:
- Update your profiles
- Add new locations and zones
- Publish new events
- Review Accessibility Standards
- Access specialist guidance and support
