A Taster Account lets you explore All In and try key features before subscribing.
It is free to access, and there is no time limit on how long you can have the account.
This guide explains what you can access with a Taster Account and how to get started.
What you can do with a Taster Account
With a Taster Account, you can:
- Add team members to your Organisation.
- Explore a sample of our Accessibility Standards.
- Learn more about our Skills and Support Offer.
- Create one Location access profile (this will not be publicly listed).
- Access help and guidance from the All In Help Centre.

Add team members
Accessibility information is often managed by several people within an organisation.
You can invite colleagues to join your Organisation Account so you can work together in one place.
To add a team member:

- Select Manage this Organisation.
- Go to Organisation account settings.
- Select Manage staff accounts.
For more information, visit the Add your team members help page.
Explore the Accessibility Standards
The All In Accessibility Standards are practical guides designed to help creative and cultural organisations improve accessibility and communicate access information clearly.
The Standards are organised into four strands:
- Built Environment
- Customer Service
- Digital Communications
- Creative and Cultural Experiences
With a Taster Account, you can view two sample Standards:
These examples will help you understand how the Standards are structured and how they can support your Organisation.
Skills and Support
All In offers a range of support, guidance and learning opportunities to help organisations improve accessibility.
With a Taster Account, you can learn more about the support available through All In.
When you upgrade to a subscription, you'll be able to access additional support, including guidance from our Access Specialists.
Visit your Organisation's dashboard to find out more.
Create a Location access profile
A location access profile allows you to record and manage access information for a venue or site.
A location is a whole venue or site, with its own address, such as:
- A theatre
- A museum
- A gallery
- A library
- An multi-venue arts centre
With a Taster Account, you can create one location access profile to explore how All In works.
This Location will not be publicly listed. If you choose to subscribe to All In, your progress will be saved and will be carried over to your subscribed account.
An All In subscription also unlocks the ability to add zones to Location profiles. Zones are parts of a location such as different performance spaces and galleries.
For more information, see the Location and Zone access profile FAQs.
